Karma means action, work or deed; it also refers to the spiritual principle of cause and effect where intent and actions of an individual (cause) influence the future of that individual (effect). Good intent and good deeds contribute to good karma and happier rebirths, while bad intent and bad deeds contribute to bad karma and bad rebirths.

Examples of bad karma coming back to you tenfold when you go out of your way to hurt someone, like financially by not paying them for a service. Going around the individual to successfully get what you want to save money in a business transaction.

Yes people who have enjoyed success in life, and can afford to pay for a service, decide to do whatever it takes not to pay for a service. Another words  trying and saving money by not paying someone for what they are entitled too. Even if it take lying and convincing someone else to go along with it.

Sometimes for an example purposes, a Realtor has a Property for rent. He or she can spend countless hours weeks and months showing the property for rent. Spend $1,000 dollars on signs and advertisements too.

Then comes along a person, who may see the signs up all around the premises for Rent, but does everything possible to locate the owner to avoid paying a small fee as a commission. This is the individual who will receive Karma back big time financially.

Ok now the new tenant spends money fixing up his new location. Then spends money to buy a Franchise. Three months latter the person opens his or her business. As Karma will have it, 6 months later the business starts going down in sales. Now throw in a new Pandemic of Coronavirus, a lockdown, and it starts eating up the persons finances. So in conclusion, 9-12 months into the lease the word Bankruptcy starts emerging do to an unknown force. A force known as the KARMA for not doing the right thing from the beginning.

People like this deserve to loose 100 times to 5000 times what they should have paid from the get go to a hard working innocent family man trying to make a living. This wasn't a nice person to begin with. And sometimes they need to be knocked down a little and feel humble again.

As God says do good onto others and more good will come upon thee.

And since the Realtor in this case wishes to remain anonymous  he awaits the day when he sees either the sign go up stating they are closed for good, hears from others in the area that the specific place is now closed down for good. A Karma this Realtor has seen over an over again from clients who go out of their way not to pay a small commission from the beginning.

Even everyday hardworking people asks the Realtor for a Break in the Commission, but not those who are well off from their actions all their lives. They like screwing people, it is part of their makeup in life.

But as Ralph Kramden always said 'every dog has his day.'

Stay tuned folks for you will see soon in the coming months Karma defined to the business owner in Middle Village,NY.

Since everyone talking about Coronavirus, lock down etc, we though we would add a different story.
