Crooks Preying on Religious Schools

Cops are the hunt for the people responsible for stealing cash from several Catholic schools in Queens. In each case, the suspects forcibly enter the school either through a window or door, and then proceed to the administrative offices to find money. The robberies occurred as follows: December 14 at Our Lady of Grace Parochial School on 101st Street in Howard Beach; January 6 at St. Helen Roman Catholic School on 157 Avenue in Howard Beach; January 15, again at Our Lady of Grace Parochial School; February 10 at Our Lady of Lourdes Parochial School on 220th Street in Springfield Gardens; and finally on February 10 at Holy Family School on 175th Street in Fresh Meadows.
