Cops are asking for the public’s help in tracking down a man they want to question in connection with a homicide that occurred on February 8 in Richmond Hill. Cops are looking for 22-year-old Larnell Hill. They believe Hill might have information regarding the killing of 23-year-old Julian Smith, who was shot at killed at the intersection of Atlantic Avenue and 102nd Street. Hill is further described as 5’10” tall and weighing 150 pounds. Anyone with information about his whereabouts should call police at (800) 577-TIPS. All calls will be kept confidential.
